Tongue

As soon as most 'sweet' touches the back of the tongue, the body decides how much insuline needs to be pumped through the body... even if you DON'T swallow the food or drink!

We know that sugar causes the body to pumps out insulin, which causes the body to store fat. But did you know that almost all artificial sweeteners also can drive insulin! So even though you are not eating the calories, you are storing fat. Artificial sweeteners work against you.

The only sweetener that is low glycolic is BSweetTM Low Glycemic sweetener.

Why do we eat?

Why do we eat?
1.                   To feed our brain, that requires a constant level of sugar.
2.                   To provide our body with energy.
3.                   Emotional and cultural factors

Why do we gain weight?
The reason we gain weight is NOT from the calories we take in, but from the fat cells we feed!
You can’t change the number of fat cells. It is determined in the teenage years and remain constant for the rest of your life. We can only enlarge or shrink the fat cells. Click here for more info.

How are fat cells fed?
The brain takes the glucose (sugar) it needs to function. The human body was designed to store energy which could then be drawn upon in times of famine. When we eat high sugar foods, insulin is increased. The insulin thinks we are in an abundant state and wants to store the abundant energy, which is does very readily. Insulin pumps those fat cells (adipose tissue) nice and full, so you can use that energy later. This is the problem, we just keep eating more and more and don’t rely on energy from those fat cells. This increase in adipose tissue leads to all sorts of problems – diabetes, hyper tension, high cholesterol, etc.

We will explore how you stop this vicious cycle and add some fun facts in the mix.
